Meet the Founder
Lorraine McGuire has been a nonprofit development leader since 2009, raising millions of dollars and guiding organizations through seasons of implementation, growth, and change. Her journey from poverty to executive leadership shapes the depth and authenticity she brings to every engagement.
With 15+ years of experience in:
· Fundraising and strategic partnerships
· Public and community relations
· Organizational development and operations
Lorraine has served as a COO, built and led programs, chaired and founded boards, and grown both small and large teams—from one-person development shops to departments within organizations of thousands. Her nonprofit experience is robust and well-rounded, and she is currently pursuing her CFRE, expected in 2025.
She is passionate about legislative change and social justice, with deep expertise in gender-based violence (including sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking), and strong knowledge in reproductive rights, poverty, homelessness, trauma, international development, and addiction.
This isn’t just work. It’s legacy.
